SEO is easier to manage when every step has a clear purpose. Before writing another article, understand which pages you already have, what your visitors need and which improvement deserves attention first. This guide explains a practical workflow you can follow with Tengri SEO, without treating a score or a publishing schedule as a promise of rankings.

Start with a page you care about

Choose a page that matters to your business: a service description, a product introduction or a useful guide. Run the free website check to inspect the public HTML. Look at the title, description, headings, image descriptions and indexing signals included in the report.

A clean result means the inspected checks passed. It does not mean that Google has indexed the page, that customers will find it or that the whole website is technically perfect. Keep the scope of the check beside the result so you know what was actually tested.

Save a short list of actions. If the page title is unclear, make it describe the page accurately. If an important explanation is missing, write it for the visitor who needs that answer. Avoid changing many unrelated elements at once; clear changes make the next review more useful.

Choose a question your audience really asks

A topic should connect your knowledge with a reader’s task. Instead of writing a broad article called “Everything about websites,” answer a specific question, such as how to prepare a service page before launch. Explain the decision, the steps and the mistakes a reader can avoid.

In your workspace, turn that question into a topic plan. Record the intended audience, the main search phrase and the angle you can explain from experience. If you have a Search Console export, use the queries as evidence. Website-generated topic ideas are suggestions, not verified search-volume estimates.

Build a useful article and connect it to your site

Use Content Studio to write or generate a draft. Add details that only your business can provide: a real process, a worked example or a clear explanation of how your service helps. Check names, numbers and product capabilities before publishing. Remove repeated advice and anything that does not help the reader finish their task.

Give the article one clear title and logical sections. Write a concise search description. Link to a relevant service page when it helps the reader take the next step, and connect related guides where the connection is useful. More links are not automatically better; the destination should fulfil the expectation set by the text.

Publish, then measure what changed

Connect and test your publishing destination before sending an article. Tengri supports review-based publishing and authorized automatic campaigns. Daily campaigns create up to one article per website per day within the account’s limits. We use the same Content Studio workflow for this journal.

After publication, open the public page. Check that the title, article, images and links appear correctly on mobile as well as desktop. Keep a record of what was published and why. Publishing is the beginning of measurement, not proof that the page is receiving traffic.

Import a Search Console Queries export into Search performance to inspect impressions, clicks and reported positions. Compare consistent date ranges and filters. Track useful business outcomes separately, such as enquiries or signups. Those measurements help you decide whether to improve an existing article, write a related guide or revisit your original topic choice.
