How rewards work
20% of the actual first paid plan purchase in USD, after discounts and excluding taxes. For example, a $99 purchase earns $19.80; an $891 annual purchase earns $178.20. No commission on free accounts, later purchases or self-referrals.
The last approved affiliate link clicked before a new account is created receives attribution. Signup and first payment must both occur within 60 days of that click, in the same browser. Cookies must be available. Existing accounts are not eligible.
Commissions are held for 30 days after confirmed payment. Refunds, reversals and chargebacks cancel the associated commission; amounts already paid require adjustment. Approved commissions are reviewed and paid manually by Tengri. A payout is complete only when a payment reference is recorded; this dashboard does not transfer money.
Applications require approval. Disclose your affiliate relationship, describe the product accurately and do not promise rankings, use spam, create misleading discounts or impersonate Tengri. Fraudulent activity may lead to suspension. Questions and payment arrangements can be handled through Help & FAQs in your workspace.
Do I need my own website?
No. A public social channel, newsletter or video channel is welcome too. Provide its URL in the application and explain how you will introduce Tengri to your audience.
What happens if someone returns later?
The signed referral cookie keeps attribution for up to 60 days in the same browser. They must create a new account and complete their first payment within that window. A different browser, cleared cookies or an existing account may prevent attribution.
What if the customer uses a discount code?
Your commission is 20% of the discounted amount paid, excluding taxes. For example, a Growth monthly purchase reduced from $99 to $49.50 earns $9.90.
How do I get help or arrange payment?
Use Help & FAQs inside your workspace to contact Tengri. Include your affiliate account and the commission you are asking about. Do not send payment credentials in a public post.
Is there a monthly payout or minimum threshold?
We have not set a fixed payout calendar or minimum threshold. After the hold, the team reviews eligible commissions and arranges payment with the affiliate.
Do I earn on annual plans?
Yes. The same 20% applies to the discounted amount actually paid for the new customer’s first annual purchase.
Will future customer purchases earn commission?
No. This offer covers the first eligible purchase only.
